We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We share personal information only in these cases:

  • Service providers that run the Site for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data: GoDaddy (website hosting and domain), Google Workspace (email).
  • Channel and implementation partners, only when you ask us to connect you with one about a deployment in your region.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order or a valid government request, or to protect the rights and safety of Datagize, our users or others.

  • know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it;
  • access, correct or delete it;
  • opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do none of these.

You may use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

You may also object to or restrict processing, ask for a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
